Fee Structure
We work on a day rate with a success bonus for meeting agreed to goals. Currently,
our rate is $1500 a day not including out-of-pocket expenses. Expect that
during the first 6 weeks on the engagement, we will need 2 consultants to
assess the circumstances and create the turnaround plan. After that, only
one consultant will be necessary for the next 6 to 12 months.
